Matt Pinsker
Matt Pinsker is a graduate of three universities, with law degrees from two of them. He has also written extensively about legal issues, having published both scholarly and popular articles on subjects ranging from the Constitution to military justice.
A former infantry officer in the United States Army, Matt has practical experience with the law in addition to his academic credentials. He served as a prosecutor and defense counsel in military courts-martial, giving him unique insight into how the system works (and sometimes doesn't work) for service members.
Currently, Matt is a law professor at Virginia Commonwealth University - one of only a few professors in the country who teach both national security law and criminal procedure.
